Tracy was born and raised in the U.K. and after living in Chicago for 18 years, is now settled near Glasgow, Scotland with her husband Dan and their 4 children.
Tracy joined AT3’s operations team in 2021 managing UKVI sponsorship compliance and the operational and administrative processes of the ministry of AT3. Tracy has since also been trained in the area of coaching where she particularly enjoys supporting apprentices and interns with pastoral care.
In her spare time Tracy enjoys fibre crafts, a little bit of watercolour painting and a passion for house plants and gardening.
